This is a double belt set for Bo Katan in Star Wars Clone Wars animated series.

The top belt features 8 fully functional pouches and a velcro fastening that is hidden under one of them for a seamless looking belt design, because heavens forbid, an animator actually acknowledges that a character might take it on and off and not just magically zaps it in place! *sighs*

Anyway, that beautiful bottom belt is created from individually sewn strips for accuracy and again, uses a velcro panel at the back for fastening.
